1: Nothing of great import happened other than the receiving of three textbooks. Erlack!
2: Was late because had to go the long way because courtyard doors are locked because of "heightened security." Hate school so much. "They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security." - Benjamin Franklin. And I'd rather have the liberty of getting to class on time, thanks very much.
3: Gym! Think will survive this year, as many a friend is in class.
4: Physics. Discussed significant figures for the SECOND bloody time that day. We learned them last year! Why is it necessary to go over them in both physics and AP chem? Bleh. I think I'm going to enjoy AP chem, though. The teacher seems really nice and easy-going. He told us he would teach as if we knew nothing about chemistry. [Which works for me, because I really don't. Well, I did at one point, but the summer causes one to forget things so quickly.]
5: Latin! Translated the entirety of chapter 28 in the textbook out loud. Was v. proud because was slightly intimidated by people who've actually had a proper Latin II class. Ooh, and took quiz on "is ea id" which only just learned yesterday and think did very well. [Though might have missed a few long marks.]
6: Not very attached to teacher. Seems on the boring side.
7: OMG this is so going to be my favourite class. I am seriously in love with the teacher. Only in an Ian McKellen rather than a Dominic Monaghan way. That is, he's old and unattractive but I heart him because he's just so cool. We discussed myths and I love him. He assigned a one-page, single-spaced essay about one of nine possible topics and I love him. I chose The Hobbit [other choices were numerology, the origin of dragons, Roman Britain, and the Druids] and I love him. [Points to anyone who can name the book I'm referencing and I love him.]
8: German! Boring! But I'm so developing a mini!crush on a certain boy whose name I won't mention here lest he finds it and e-mails me a la Sex on Toast. Mmmmm, he has piercing blue eyes and scarily but pretty red lips and shaggy dark indie hair.
THE PRINCESS BRIDE. That's right, I get ALL the points because I am cool. :D
Of course he's going to know who he is if he reads this, though.
*loves long marks*
I KNOW I HATE SIG FIGS. LIKE WHY IS THIS NECESSARY?! Sigh. But Physics is a cinch this year compared to killer Chem last year, so I am happy.

Posted by: Ruairi on 06.09.03 18:54So...how is it that Mr. Vey happens to read your blog?
Posted by: KT on 07.09.03 15:16If you google search "shaggy dark indie hair" your website is the first thing that comes up.
Posted by: Allan on 08.09.03 01:09Just another reason why I am teh. Best. Ever. xD
And why are you googling shaggy dark indie hair, Master Allan?
Posted by: Almaeda on 08.09.03 15:45I must say that Physics was definitely better than Chem. But I don't have to take either this year!
