I saw Lord of the Rings last night! Legolas was sexy, but Aragorn was sexier! >D And Elijah Wood was cute until he smiled, revealing his uber-wonky teeth. And I agree with Ryan that Ian McKellen should have played DUMBLEDORE. Stupid Richard Harris. Hm. While I was watching the movie, I made lots of mental notes, but I can't remember any of my comments now. Argh. The Ringwraiths were scary. In fact, a lot of it was scary. I sunk down in my seat during quite a few scenes. And when Arwen's riding with Frodo on the horse, I had to keep repeating "He's the main character, he can't die yet." to myself. [I'm a loser, I know. xP] Boromir's death was sad, but I didn't cry until Sam made his "I made a promise. 'Don't you leave him, Samwise Gamgee.' And I don't mean to." speech. That was really sweet. Oh, and I can't believe it just ended like that! The person sitting behind me and I said simultaneously, "Are you KIDDING me?"
Did anyone else's showing have a ten minute intermission? That annoyed me. Yeah, I had a chance to pee, but still! Just stopping in the middle like that... Chuh.
And I've finally started reading The Fellowship. Huzzah for me.
