Some non-concert related points

Un, a few things which I noticed today that bothered me. "Let the faithful rejoice in triumph / let them be joyful on their beds / Let the praises of God be in their throat / and a two-edged sword in their hand / To wreak vengeance on the nations / and punishment on the peoples / To bind their kings in chains / and their nobles with links of iron / To inflict on them the judgement decreed / this is glory for all his faithful people. Hallelujah!" That strikes me as obnoxiously self-righteous. Maybe I just feel left out becuase I'm not one of "the faithful," but still. What happened to blessed are the peacemakers? Isn't that awfully hypocritical? Then again, I admit that I myself am hypocritical, so perhaps that's just a human thing. [I'm such a devil's advocate. >< I think . . . , but on the other hand. . . ^^;] One thing I enjoyed today [about the only thing xP] was "Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?"

Deux, I finished Memoirs of a Geisha today. The ending was kind of weak, I thought. Everything worked out too perfectly; it was unrealistic. But other than that, it was an amazing book. <Japan3

Trois, there's a gratuitous boob shot on cam, if you like that sort of thing. ;D It's my Yeah Yeah Yeahs shirt, but my poor quality cam didn't do it justice. There's supposed to be two bunnies on it. ^^;

Quatre, Butterfingers R0X0R, Britney. You lose.

Cinq, Paint Shop Pro is being an arse, so I can't have a new layout up for a while. Yes, I have Photoshop, but I'm not familiar with that enough to use it to make a decent layout. ><

Six, I think last Sunday I said I would say something nice about someone every Sunday, so, here goes.

Brinzy
I heart Brinser because he always finds time to talk to me, even though I am a lowly high school student and he is old and in college. ;D I appreciate that he talks to me like I'm an intelligent human being, I enjoy our philosophical [however rare] discussions, and I love to hear his opinions on things because he always seems so rational and logical and non-affected by petty human emotions. He is v. grounded, I would say, but at the same time v. fun. So, yeah. That's Brinzy. =)
