Yay, domain is back up.

Yay, domain is back up. :D

OMT, Yan, today in chemistry another teacher was in our class while we were doing our lab, and all the teachers at my school wear photo IDs, and this guy's thing said: Mr. Ryan Williams. I nearly laughed out loud, but then I thought people might think I'm strange. Which I am, of course, but I like to keep that under wraps.

And oh, man, I'm definitely quitting Key Club A to the SAP. Not really, but their pledge is such crap. We got a little booklet at the meeting today: The Key Club International Member Handbook 2002-03. And on the first page, it has the pledge, the motto, the mission statement, and the objects. I'm down with the motto [Caring - Our Way of Life], the mission statement [An international student-led organization providing its members with opportunities to perform service, build character, and develop leadership.], and most of the objects [to develop initiative and leadership, to provide experience in living and working together, blah, blah, blah], but listen to this pledge.

"I pledge on my honor to uphold the objects of Key Club International; to build my home, school, and community; to serve my nation and God and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions."

It's like, EXCUSE ME? You should have told me this before I joined. I never said I would "serve my nation and God and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions." Bah, humbug.

Any organization that helps to serve the Lord Our God is A-OK with me.

But seriously, there's this girl in my gym class named Brandi, and she carries around these books with stupid titles like "Jesus Freaks and Martyrs" and "God Is Good" and if anyone says "oh my God" she yells at them, but then she's a total bitch to everyone anyway.

And when we were walking to the car, we passed this other car that upon seeing I thought, "Hah, I bet this is Brandi's car." It had bumper stickers that said "GOD IS COOL!" and "The Big Bang Theory - God Spoke and Bang! He Made the Universe" and an enormous Jesusfish on it. And sure enough, when we were driving away, I saw her get into the car.

It's not that I have a problem with all Christians or anything, but she is such a rude and obnoxious person that it bugs me. And this comment is definitely too long.

You poor dear. In other news, I posted at Illusions....Er...I care about your plight I really do. Did you get wrapping volunteer info?

Seems to me it's those of Brandi's ilk (as described by Almeda, haven't had the uh, er, PLEASURE, are those most LIKELY to undermine the nation and God. So pledge away!

What a delight to hear of another Ryan Williams. In other news, Colin is an enormous douche. He doesn't hate Christians, he just hates Christians who stand up for what they believe in.

Ha! Bring that up at ACLU.

Yeah, I know... my friend is president of key club at our school, and I think it's total crap. Fortunately she doesn't inforce the rules or anything, but I still won't go. I won't even cite the pledge of allegiance, for God's sake (ha, ha), so why should I join Key Club and listen to other people pledge to God?
