I'm thankful for . . .
Turkeys, those noble birds who sacrifice their lives for the happiness of others.
Holidays, especially when we get out of school for their observance.
Acquaintances, family, and friends, but mostly friends and sometimes family.
Novels, namely those that will be finished within the next two days.
Kittens, especially those named Silvia, Romeo, and Malvolio.
Songs, especially from my favourite artists/musicals.
Good books, which I can spend my free time reading.
Internet, the.
Vegetarian meals, which I can eat in the stead of turkey.
Ice cream, of all flavours, even those with nuts.
Nice people, because they're better than mean people.

At dinner this afternoon we made toasts.
Me: To one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all!
My mater: To peace on earth and no war with Iraq!
My pater: Death to the Iraqis!
:D My daddy is so silly.
